Green Smoothies

1.  Green smoothies offer nothing but pure nutrition. To get the right amount of vitamins you have to choose the right fruits and vegetables. Most fruits have a lot of vitamin A and C. Drinking Green smoothies is a great way to get your daily requirement of fruits and vegetables. It is way cheaper to make a green smoothie at home than it is to buy some. Green smoothies will provide a source of energy that can last for a long time. Green smoothies are really helpful to people who want to lose weight. One glass can make you full if you have the right amount of fiber. If you don't put any sugar or sweeteners in your smoothie you will not add much weight to your body. Green smoothies are easier to digest. This is because they are blended and liquefied.   

2.  One of the green smoothie recipes i found:
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup pineapple 
  • 2 bananas
Benefits:

It has over 20 different nutrients, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and high quality amino acids. It is not filled with sugars or other sweeteners such as juice. It has a lot of superfoods like spinach, pineapples and bananas.
